Had a relatively good experience. Did not appreciate the resistance for getting an out-the-door price over the phone. In-person, discussions were better. I did like being introduced to the vehicle, but some of the connectivity/setup could be improved upon (not the dealer’s fault).

Greenwood has always been great. They EV techs know their stuff! I've heard of horror stories about other dealer. I've experienced it once from another dealer. Greenwood always does a complete software update and this time they even charged the car! Great customer service!

The repairs took much longer than anticipated. We made an appointment for 0745 Monday morning, but the vehicle was not looked at until late Wednesday. Repairs were completed Friday afternoon and I was able to pick up the vehicle. Upon payment, I wished to utilize my GM Rewards for the repair costs, but the GM Rewards site was down and I was unable to utilize my points (this was not Greenwood's fault, but just annoying).

Working with Cherise and Gino was to the point, no BS, efficient and enjoyable (As we all know, this experience can be quite the opposite)! We had been eyeballing a specific EV showing available online all week. While I was almost disappointed that it was not on the lot, Cherise quickly found it on a trailer in the back still to be offloaded. I was already prequalified, but Cherise & Gino went over options, in addition to looking at any rebates that helped the bottom line. Cherise gave us plenty of space when we needed to discuss options privately, and at no point was there any pressure to make a decision. Ultimately, we drove off the lot with a new EV and happy from beginning to end with the entire buying process.

Greenwood has the best service personal. But they can't fix something that Chevrolet won't give them to complete the job. My car is only 5 years old but the cable from the radio to the car is no longer made?! Those guys did every they could to fix my communication system but the cable is faulty and you don't make it anymore. REALLY!! For some reason the radio and OnStar came back on, but for how long. I bring all my vehicles to Greenwood for service and have always been very satisfied with the work done. But I was disappointed last visit. I don't mind paying 50$ for wiper blades but it would be nice if they would have filled the washer fluid reservoir. I will continue to recommend Greenwood to anyone needing repairs or services.

I brought my car to Greenwood Chevrolet for a second opinion diagnosis due to a roof leak another dealership couldn’t find or fix. Roger was the gentleman that assisted me and right off the bat he told me he would do his very best to fix the problem. After only having it for 1 day his team figured out there was something off on the seal of the sun roof. He ordered some parts and did everything possible to get my car back to me on the day I needed it back. I can’t express how grateful I am with Roger and his team this will be my go to dealership from now on the customer service is amazing !!

Well the day of purchase went great, after that service department doesn't feel like they have to communicate with the vehicle owner while it is in for warranty and recall work, and here it is less than 600 miles later having the same problem after greenwood Chevrolet supposedly repaired it,once again I am without my vehicle that I paid a lot of money for.

My outside temperature gauge is not working after taking car in for oil change. It worked when I dropped it off. When I called a few hours later, I was told I would be charged for you to diagnose. It worked when I dropped it off, was not working as soon as my car was returned to me. I should not be charged for this.
