Received an email from Greenwood with a picture of my vehicle and list of “my offers.” Booked an 8:30am appointment a week in advance for an oil change and a recall software update. I arrived at 8am to drop off my vehicle. It was at this time they informed me the offers they sent to me labeled “my offers” accompanied by a picture of my vehicle were not actually for my vehicle. When they asked if I needed my vehicle back at a certain time, I said not really as I had some errands to run with my husband and they said they would call when it was ready. Historically, my service appointments have not exceeded 3 hours for this type of service so it didn't seem necessary to create urgency for no reason. When I hadn’t heard from them by 1:45pm, I called to see when it would be ready. The person who knew the answer was on lunch and they said they would call me back once he returned. I called back at 2:40pm and was told the update was taking a long time and they would call when it was done. I told them I needed it by 3:15 as my kids were getting out of school and had sports practices and games at 4. The associate said once the update started it couldn’t be stopped, but he see if there was a safe stopping point and then we could reschedule since there was a “time constraint.” At this point, my truck had been in their possession, with a scheduled appointment, for 6.5 hours. That is not a time constraint, that is time mismanagement. My vehicle was finally done at about 3:40pm and the associate said the update had taken 2 hours when they usually only take 15 minutes. That would mean my vehicle was not plugged in for the update until 1:30pm, 5 hours after the scheduled appointment. Nothing was offered for me being sent invalid offers. Nothing was offered for the exorbitantly long time it took to service the vehicle. They don’t even wash them anymore. Overall, not a great experience and I don’t really see any reason to continue to bring my vehicle there when other places are doing it better.

While the oil change service was excellent, I was very displeased that I requested a coupon offered by your dealership and despite a reply email promising to have someone from your service department call me and multiple emails and calls from me, I never heard back. Had a relatively good experience. Did not appreciate the resistance for getting an out-the-door price over the phone. In-person, discussions were better. I did like being introduced to the vehicle, but some of the connectivity/setup could be improved upon (not the dealer’s fault).

The repairs took much longer than anticipated. We made an appointment for 0745 Monday morning, but the vehicle was not looked at until late Wednesday. Repairs were completed Friday afternoon and I was able to pick up the vehicle. Upon payment, I wished to utilize my GM Rewards for the repair costs, but the GM Rewards site was down and I was unable to utilize my points (this was not Greenwood's fault, but just annoying).

Working with Cherise and Gino was to the point, no BS, efficient and enjoyable (As we all know, this experience can be quite the opposite)! We had been eyeballing a specific EV showing available online all week. While I was almost disappointed that it was not on the lot, Cherise quickly found it on a trailer in the back still to be offloaded. I was already prequalified, but Cherise & Gino went over options, in addition to looking at any rebates that helped the bottom line. Cherise gave us plenty of space when we needed to discuss options privately, and at no point was there any pressure to make a decision. Ultimately, we drove off the lot with a new EV and happy from beginning to end with the entire buying process.
